Krista Griffith faced a tough challenge in her bid for Delaware State Representative: unseat a popular 24-year incumbent and the sitting House Minority Leader, Deborah Hudson. Krista’s campaign focused on an single core issue: health care. Krista’s opponent was well-established and well-liked in a district that is a true swing-district (less than 200 difference in registration). We needed to connect voters with Krista, and make this race deeply personal. A personal, first-person narrative was the way to go. Krista’s mail plan was ultimately successful, pulling off a victory few in Delaware thought possible.
